A bespoke management tool for small logistics firms, centralising missions, clients, documents and invoicing.

For a logistics services company I built a management tool fitted entirely to their processes, then generalised it so it could adapt to other small firms in the same sector.

The point was to centralise what until then lived in spreadsheets and email: missions, clients, documents, stock, scheduling.

Technology

Symfony, Webpack Encore, Ajax, HTML/SCSS/JavaScript, with jQuery, fullCalendar.js and dompdf.

A management tool is only worth anything if it matches how the business actually runs. This is the project that convinced me the analysis phase matters more than the choice of stack.
